We have someone manually monitor the inbox but if they read the email before the email ingestion works, then it skips it.
How often does JSD scan for emails? Can I change the intervals so if someone does look at an email it doesn't skip the email?
I do think that JSD will scan every minute by default according to the docs: Managing the email channel
