I manage JSD and we have the submission form set to enable anonymous users to be able to log a ticket. So they get the "Email confirmation to" field, which is fine, but I've found that there are a number of people who don't put their own email address in here. They'll usually add their approver or manager or some such. Is there a way to add a note to this field to explain which email address they should be putting in there?

Currently, it's not possible to rename or add a description to this field. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of the ability to rename, so each admin could add a more clear name, since "Email confirmation to" may be confusing to customers:
