What are the differences between IssueCollector and ServiceDesk plugins from functionality perspective?
They are quite different.
Issue Collector is a way to embed a simple issue create form onto a webpage. That's it.
Service Desk is a full Enterprise Service Management solution. There are so many features it's hard to start describing them all.
