Create issues from emails: How to find missing fields

In our Jira setup the ability to create issues from emails is currently broken.

How can I find the custom_field_10119 an re-map it correctly?

I would advice to go the database (cfname column) : 

select * from customfield where id=10119;

mmm sorry, you don't have access to the database if you are using the cloud version. 

You can try this instead. Paste the following URL in your browser, and then search for  your field Id : 

https://Your-JIRA-URL/rest/api/2/field
