I can't seem to customize the set of fields I want associated with the various request types. Is there a particular order one must follow to create the various entities (ie. schemes, screens, etc.) into which the fields will then be selected?
I've enclosed 3 screenshots how I've configured things. Seems pretty straightforward. Yet, when I want to configure the fields for either of the two request types I'm using, I'm unable to select the "Reporter" field, even though it should clearly be available. Why isn't it?
Any ideas or articles or videos I would be appreciated!
