Hello there,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

The feature to login using a Microsoft account is pretty new and it was not rolled out 100%.

I tested here and currently, I can see this option only on Safari and Chrome. On Firefox this option doesn't appear.

Can you please let us know if this is happening on all browsers and for all users?

Just to give you an update, now you can use https://id.atlassian.com/login?enableMicrosoft for the button to login with Microsoft to show while it's not rolled out for all the sites.
