I have started configuring a jira IT service desk but when i try to rearrange the fields, I do not find the "configure" item under the menu "...".
The configure item if found when opening an issue and then clicking the "...".
The problem only applies to service desk, if I go to an software project and open the issue, i can go and configure the positioning of the fields.
How can I go about, to have that item activated?
I wanted to rearrange the layout so that fields would be more visible, in the right hand side panel.
Even rearranging them through the different screens, I feel that some fields are still been hidden.
Would it be possible to have the side panel display the fields without having to click "show more"?
