Hey Folks,
just got a strange issue with Jira Service Desk. The singup UI does not offer an input field for entering captcha string when new users signup.
Running Jira v8.6.1 & JIRA Service Desk 4.6.1.
Any hint is appreciated.

We had a recent bug in Jira Service desk Server that caused the exact behavior you are facing, where no field was displayed to fill the captcha:
Enabling Captcha on Customer Signup does not show field to input Captcha answer
Can you check if you are using the same SD version mentioned in the bug (4.6.1)?
If yes, please try to update your SD application to 4.7 or 4.8 and check if the bug disappears. Additionally, please make sure to clear your browser cache before testing it.
