We use organisations to organise our customers for each project. I would like to be able to mention any customer in that organisation once the oraganisation is added to the ticket in the people section.
I find that I can only mention someone if they are the reporter of a ticket or if they have been added by "Request participants:" but even in this case they have to comment in the ticket before I mention them.
If anyone has any tips or have come across the same issue I would love to hear from you.
