Automation for Jira - External Comments Only

Using {{#issue.comments}} you can access all the current comments but I am wondering if it is possible to only display internal comments.

I have found {{comment.properties."sd.public.comment".internal}} but not sure how this would work.

The goal is before closing an issue to send out a transaction of comments to the customer but only external comments not internal.

Thanks for your question. I'm afraid it isn't possible at the moment. We have an item in our backlog to allow you to do this nicely at https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/AUT-1241.

We're also working on smart value support to allow you to do an inline IF which would help here as well but that hasn't been released yet and I don't have a date for it either I'm afraid.
