Assigning tickets that contain a specific summary

I have setup an Automation rule that seems to be correct however it is not / doesn't seem to be running.

The rule follows:

When this happens...

issue created

If these match...

summary ~ "Product Request - Submission Notification" AND reporter in (tomd)

Then do this...

Edit Issue > Assignee > Value > Another Service Desk Technician

Hi Tom,

Welcome to Community!

I tried to reproduce your automation rule, and when I did and looked at the automation rule log it says "not executed". 

However, when I edited your JQL to truncate the summary text to "Product Request", it executed correctly!

I'm honestly not sure why, but maybe you can try that?

The hyphen must be causing the issues.

I will update now and see how it goes!
