Add user group as a recipient for Customer notifications

im trying to add particular customer group( user group) as receivers for Request created  

rule. how can i Do that

So if the group, effectively exists in JIRA (so you created a group and then added users x y z to the group) then you just need to add the group to the project notification scheme and add it to the create issue event.

Please be careful that the notification scheme is not shared with other projects, as otherwise they will receive emails for any issue created in the projects sharing the notification scheme.
