Add description field to first JSD ticket.

Hi

 

I would like to add the description field to the ticket logging screen:

Currently, users are logging a service desk request, and typing the entire call into the Summary field. Is there any way to add the description field to this screen?

if you are an admin of the project go to project settings > request types and click "edit fields" for each Request type where you want description. In that screen click the "+add field" and add Description. Make it required if you wish and drag/drop where you want it to appear in the form. If you don't see Description under the add field then you need to first add it to the create screen - project settings > screens and edit the appropriate screen.
