Add attachments to service desk issues for existing issues

Currently, our service desk customers can add attachments when an issue is created.  However, a customer cannot add an attachment after the issue is created.  How can we resolve that?

Hi Todd,

Your customers should be able to add attachments.  BUt they should start by hitting "Add comment" and then they can drag and drop in attachments.
