Hey there,
is there a possibility to enable Queue Titles for the browser windows/tabs,
since many people are working with multiple open tabs to keep track of contents?
Usually I have 3 Queues open in differrent Tabs:
and their only visible like this:
Service Desk | Service Desk | Service Desk
so rather uneffective... I would like to have it more like this:
New Tickets | My Tickets | Backlog
and would like to visually keep track of differences.
Possibly with issue count as like:
New Tickets (35) | My Tickets (7) | Backlog (67)
Kind regards,
Patric
Hey @Patric Atrott if you are using google chrome you can achieve this :)
It's called Tab Modifier. It's super simple! You'll need to add to chrome.
Then you'll create a couple of rules.
If the URL contains the your specific queue information it will show as whatever you put as the Title. See pictures below. :)
Hope this helps!
Thank you so much @Brittany Wispell
5 years after and still very helpful!

Hey @Patric Atrott,
Okay! That was the only way I could modify the tabs to be viewed. This isn't available with an add-on from the marketplace from my brief research.
I hope you find a way. I think you should open an Atlassian Support ticket as a New Feature.
Below are links to JSD Server and Cloud Open Feature and Bug requests.
Hope you find a solution.

unfortunately this is not an option since we're using multiple browsers
and our guidelines prohibit custom addon installation (which btw is a good thing).
So we and I guess many others need such basic feature. ;)

Patric
