Is it possible to use the standard fields and Workflow created in one project to be used when creating another project?

No.

JPD is set up as a "Team-managed" project, which is designed to be autonomous (Team Vs Company Managed Projects ). I really wish Atlassian would allow for the ability to set these projects up as "Company-managed". "Team-managed" projects have there place, but 95% of the time are more of a headache than they're worth (speaking as a Jira admin).

To start with simple Save as a Project template and then reuse it during creation is much helpful

Is there any idea when this JPD migration to the Company Managed space might be available?
