Why is the filter "Group by -> Assignee" not working?

Edited

When I go to "List" and then go to "Group by" and then "assignee" nothing happens, everything looks as disorganized as before.

I used this filter everyday for the last couple months, it is really essential to my job. Does anyone know why it suddenly stopped working?

Thanks in advance,

Gabriela

Hi @gabriela_romo ,

This looks like a screenshot from Jira Work Management.

This group is about Jira Product Discovery: https://www.atlassian.com/product-discovery

You can maybe try this group instead: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/New-to-Jira-Work-Management/gh-p/newtojwm
