Why are transitions now showing in the drop-down selection list for status changes

Just noticed this changed in JPD, ref attached. Transition names are showing in the drop-down when I want to change the status of an idea. The drop-down should only be showing the available statuses I can move the idea to.

This is a different wf in Jira but this is how it use to look in JPD

In the first workflow, it looks like there is a transition named TRIAGE from Idea Box to Triage: Inbox and the rest of the statuses in that workflow (and the bottom worfklow statuses) are set as Allow issues in any status to move to this one. If you remove that triage transition, it should change back to just statuses.
