Hi @Tanguy Crusson We're running Jira Software Premium Cloud. When we started a trial of Jira Product Discovery, our Jira Software site's favicon changed from the Jira Software one
to the old Jira icon
It's not a huge deal, but all it does is confuse users, and I can't think of a good reason for such a change. Any chance you can fix that? Thanks.
Ah, thanks @Tanguy Crusson @Frederik Vantroys I understand now. It's a "feechur". :eyeroll:
Thanks @Frederik Vantroys
The way this works by default is that if you only have one Jira product on the site, then it uses the logo of that product. If you add another one, then it shows the Jira family logo (which you called the "old Jira logo"
I once confused the whole company by changing it myself :-)
Maybe you can put the old one back here :
Access Jira Administration:
Log in to your Jira instance with administrative privileges.
Click on the "Jira settings" (cog) icon in the top-right corner.
From the drop-down menu, select "System" and then click on "General Configuration."
Scroll down to the "Global Settings" section on the General Configuration page.
Look for the "Favicon" field, which allows you to upload a custom favicon.
After saving the changes, clear your browser's cache to ensure that the new favicon is loaded when accessing Jira.
Refresh the Jira page to see the updated favicon in the browser tab or bookmark.
