I need to get an overview and ability to export my insights but I can't figure out how to do it.
The API doesn't list the insights when quering a ticket, the field stays "null".
Is there any other way of extracting insights (and comments by extension) from JIRA?

If you reach out to JPD support, they should be able to help with exporting your ideas' insights.
