I have created an automation that creates a new confluence page. That works fine. But I cannot get it done that the pageURL is set to a custom field. What is wrong with my automation?
The url will be printed fine in the comment (2nd action). And it makes no difference if I use an hypelink field or a simple text field.
Does anyone have an idea to solve this
Thanks
Thorsten
No, that doesn't work at all for me. I am using the standard Documents field what is a hyperlink type. Everytime I get an error:
Unknown fields set during edit, they may be unavailable for the project/type. Check your custom field configuration. Fields ignored -
Dokumente (customfield_10061)
No fields or field values to edit for issues (could be due to some field values not existing in a given project):
SMI-12
I have no idea how to fix this.
hi @Thorsten Kamann - what is the use case you are trying to light up? Any chance you might try the suggestion below and tell us if it solved your problem?

@Thorsten Kamann - it turns out we have an automation template to auto-create a confluence page linked to an idea when an idea is created!
Go to project settings > automation > look up the template called
"When an idea is created → create a corresponding confluence page"
Hope this helps! if not, please let us know!

Hi,
The field you're editing might be the wrong type.
I use the default 'Documents' field from the JPD template project and it works fine.
The field has a field type of 'Hyperlink':
