We have been using shared views on Jira Product Discovery and users are not reporting they cannot access the board. I tried to disable and re enable the publishing but now I am getting an error and cannot turn back on.
It just says failed to enable views publishing

Are you by chance using SSO? Customers recently reported some issues publishing views with stakeholders who had not signed up for an Atlassian account, and SSO was enabled in their JPD.
If not, it might be worth reaching out to JPD support for additional assistance to troubleshoot this issue.
