When setting up a timeline view broken down into quarters, is there a way to customize the months in each quarter so that they are based upon our organization's fiscal year?
Hi @Richard Muffler I think @Jeny Stoeva's workaround is probably the best option but if you're looking to group by another field as well, it won't work too well. We'll keep this in mind for future timeline view improvements as we have heard from many customers that they need more flexibility for the time axis.
Our organization also has a need to customize the date field. I really like the ability of setting fuzzy dates until it progresses more, but often times while using this tool and talking about quarters questions like "are we talking about our (company) fiscal quarters/year or calendar quarters?" come up.

Our organisation would also benefit from being able to customise the quarters outside of the standard calendar quarters.

Hi @Richard Muffler ,
I am not sure there is a straight forward way to do what you want but here is a suggestion which might work for you.
You can create a custom field e.g. "Fiscal" which have values reflecting your fiscal quarters and then you can use this field to group your tickets in the Plan view so you can achieve another level of organisation.

I appreciate your suggestion. We are using the Group by to show what Theme each idea applies towards achieving.
