Mac app - Is there a way to show the epic panel in the backlog view?

Hi everyone,

I am using the Mac desktop app for Jira cloud, but I don't see any option to turn on the epic panel in the backlog view. In the web-based Jira, the epic panel shows up perfectly. 

Thoughts?

Testing the app here, I didn’t find the option to enable the Epic panel and there is no information on the “What’s new” page about this feature as well.
