how to link or move a Jira Core (server) task a JIRA server Bug?

If project manager wants to move or link a JIRA core task (JIRA SERVER 7.2) to a new or existing bug in JIRA SERVER, how do you do it? 

Also, how do I create a Kanban dashboard of all JIRA CORE and JIRA server issues based on a filter? I want to see all tasks, bugs, stories, etc for a particular site. 

It seems I will be better off using JIRA server to start with...

Hello,

for moving, you can go to the issue, click on "More" and here you can either Move issue (in which process you can change issue type too), or Link issue iwth any other issue.

For creating a boards, I assumbe you meant JIRA Core and JIRA Software issues. That's quite easy and here is the link, which has very nice explanation of how it could be done: https://confluence.atlassian.com/agile/jira-agile-user-s-guide/creating-a-board
