how to add a new field in the columns tab, let's say, the new field name is "completed date"? As far as I see, there is no field like "completed date" in the columns tab which we require to sort out issues with completed date and need to rediscover why the scope of this field is not added in the columns tab since it is required for our project to pull some statistical data. I see "Verification date", "Implementation date", "Begin date", "Target date" and so on.. but not "completed date"

You will also want to capture/set the date using a post function on the transition that makes your issue "Completed". See here for more help if you need it;

You can create a new date custom field called Completed date and add it to the appropriate screens(for more info check here and here).
