Who to contact/email to request a NEW JIRA project be created?

Would anyone please advise how to find on my current JIRA corporate site who to contact/email to have a NEW project created and have rights to manage this new project?

I bet this is JIRA Server, you will have to contact your JIRA System Administrators who will have that permission to do so. To start, ask the one who gave you that JIRA Corporate site of yours, or someone they know. Someone along the line will know smile 

_*Alternatively, there is a "Contact JIRA Administrators" form that can be filled up on the Dashboard or login screen. IF your JIRA System Admins enabled this feature, you will be able to see it._
