I go to Jira_Settings_Global permissions_View users and can't see the notification about the problem on the page (see the screen attached).
This problem has been there for a few weeks already.
I tried to use admin and user accounts, but the result is the same.
Could you please advise?
Are you the only admin facing this issue?
Have you tested using different browsers?
Can you please open the developer tools on your browser to check if it shows any error message?
If so, can you please send us a screenshot of the error?
