The Satisfaction field is a locked field, which makes it unavailable to be selected in any of the dashboard gadget's dropdown lists. I was just wondering if anyone has experienced any issues after unlocking this field.
Yes, the data in it can be blanked out and ends up in the wrong place on the wrong issues, and worse, visible to people who should not have it. I strongly recommend you do not unlock the field.
