Hey,
I'm looking for an application for Jira in the area of staff scheduling. Through this app, I want to do staff scheduling for a long time in advance. I want to plan the staff deployment for different tasks of the respective employees and track the time taken. Any recommendations?

Not sure if it'll meet all your requirements, but you can try Jira Work Management - https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/work-management

It's pretty comprehensive and has at least some of the features you've mentioned above.
