Tempo: How to show users having a ticket open but no time reported

Hi,

I need to report logged time on all users of a department.  Not all of them log their time even if they are asked to, So How to show users having a ticket open but no time reported.

It depends on how you assign tickets.  You can run a report grouping by assignee and then categorize by field Issue itself and it'll give you a list of everything they've been assigned to and you can see whether they added any time spent.  It shows you closed tickets and any time associated to them.  I'd play around with that and try adding different fields.  You won't see all the fields filled out on the screen report, but if you export it to Excel it'll show you all of them.
