Periodic log scanner is missing

In my JIRA instance, the periodic log scanner is missing under system > support Tools.

I am able to see only the following.

  1. Instance Health
  2. Log Analyzer
  3. Create Support Zip
  4. Create Support Request

Am I missing anything ? Thanks !
