We need the crossfire customers loaded into JIRA with their correct email domains, so that issues get logged to the customers automatically. 

Can someone please help on how that can be done

Since you mention "customers" I assume you are talking about JIRA SM? https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-customers-in-bulk-to-your-service-project/
