on Jira server with Zephyr squad when a test case is added to a new test execution it gets added to the top of the executions, but in cloud it is adding the bottom of the existing execution list. Is there a way to reorder these executions?
Thank you, Oksana, for your response, this reordering issue is when we from an existing test case perform the zephyr action to add to an existing test cycle then this execution is getting added at the bottom of the existing execution list instead of showing at the top. At the test case section of test executions there is no option to sort for any field.
Please refer attached snapshot from cloud where the latest execution is getting added to the bottom and not to the top as in server version.
What version of Zephyr are you using in Cloud? I am on 1.3.22-AC. Maybe you need an update?
I still don't understand which screen you are on - "Cycle Summary" or "Search Test Executions"? Neither of my screens matches your screenshot exactly. In both screens on my end, I have the ability to sort the columns (each column header has a little arrow that I can press to sort up or down). In your screenshot, it seems that you don't have the ability to sort any of the columns, which is very strange. I found that the "Search Test Executions" screen (or if you already have a filter, the filter results), executions can be sorted by Creation Date, to bubble up the latest added tests to the top.
Your best course of action is to open a ticket with Zephyr, they do respond in a timely manner and will hopefully resolve your issue.
As per the @smarbear, Zephyr in the cloud won't support re-order.
