Would I be correct in guessing that you landed on that question from Google?

As for the documentation that would be helpful for that questions - does Configure a company-managed board fit what you need to do (in terms of modifying permissions on a board)?

If so on both questions - we can tweak the search results so that question (with its old links) doesn't pop on search results about board permissions. Four years ago when that question was originally asked, the documentation that got copied/pasted into the question likely had correct URLs for its links. But documentation does change, and our writers work diligently at ensuring the links inside the documentation itself work - a copy made by another Community user is hard for them to know about though!
