Email Signature Pictures

Hi All,

Is there a fix for having a bunch of pictures included when your customer sends in a ticket via email?  Beyond frustrating!

The short answer is "not yet".  You could use the workarounds that @paul_tansey has suggested, but also please upvote this enhancement request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-6037

We've had a significant reduction in the clutter in issues submitted via email with attached images in the signature using the techinque(s) described here:

When the customer sends the mail in html-format, and his mail includes the images, how should a system decide which are issue-related and which are just the mail-template? I see no way to do this. The only way is to ask him to send the mails as plain text. But I doubt he/she will do that.
