Hi All,
Is there a fix for having a bunch of pictures included when your customer sends in a ticket via email? Beyond frustrating!

When the customer sends the mail in html-format, and his mail includes the images, how should a system decide which are issue-related and which are just the mail-template? I see no way to do this. The only way is to ask him to send the mails as plain text. But I doubt he/she will do that.
