Does anyone have the same issue I do where when I go to Capacity Tracker in Jira a sprint in the far future is selected in the Sprint Selector instead of the active or next sprint? It is very inconsistent where sometimes the active sprint is selected and other times it is not. Also, when there is not an active sprint, the page is always on a sprint that is far in the future. This is very frustrating!
Hi Summer, do you have a screenshot for the location of Capacity Tracker ?
We use a combination of Jira advanced roadmap for capacity tracking and Jira board.
Hi Illia,
I access Capacity Tracker from left hand menu under Project Pages. I have attached a screenshot. I have also attached a screenshot of what Capacity Planner looks like for me. I redacted the names so it looks a little weird. Thanks for trying to help!
