Hello guys, I created a company-managed project inside jira software but when I try to add xray app I get this error: It might just be a hiccup. Unable to add apps to this site. Try contacting support to know more about the problem.

Can someone help me to solve this.

Hi there. I would check the basics:

  1. User has permissions
  2. App is not already installed
  3. Payment details are valid
  4. Product License is not expired
  5. Sandbox is not conflicting
  6. Atlassian Global Licensing is not expired

I don't have an answer about using the app, but we've been using Xray in cloud JIRA for some time now, and really like it's capabilities.  Hopefully you'll be able to resolve the adding issues quickly; Atlassian usually responds very quickly when I raise tickets about issues.

Hi @wafa jalal

We experienced a similar behaviour on another MP app a few days ago. It was related to our app vendor experiencing JWT auth verification errors with their app.

This info was then posted - https://developer.status.atlassian.com/incidents/2q9rmdmv0vz6

Maybe this helps if you contact Atlassian support.
