REST API to get deployment reports

Hello all,

I needed this feature to be able to create visual deployment reports on data studio and also to be able to calculate some related metrics like CFR(Change failure rate) and Deployment frequency for all of my Jira projects.

After my Customer support inquiry about it, Jira technical support team created this feature suggestion.
