Hello community,
Let's say I am in a company that has got 4 Tech teams with their own product owner, scrum master, developpers, ... Each team represents a project inside Jira.
We have two boards inside each projects :
Every feature added to our product is represented by an Epic which is described through multiple user stories.
Epics can be splitted across multiple sprints because of the Epic size.
For single team feature (a.k.a Epic) we're doing great at the moment. However, we encounter troubles when dealing with cross team Epics.
This translates to an Epic containing user stories coming from two teams. For example :
EPIC 1 :
All our KPIs are project based meaning that KPIs are related to a team only.
