Hi JIRA Admins! 

I’m a User Researcher at Rubrik and my team is working on building a backup and recovery service for JIRA. We’re looking to talk to subject-matter experts such as yourselves to learn more about how you would like your JIRA data to be protected. Topics will include:

• Recovering accidentally deleted or modified issues
• Restoring settings and configurations like workflows, custom fields, etc.
• Trying out some of our latest design prototypes!

If you’re interested in ensuring your company’s JIRA data is backed up and protected, we would like to chat with you! This is purely a learning session for us and an opportunity for your insights to help shape a backup feature that you may one day use. This isn’t a sales pitch; we want to hear about your experiences, both the good and the bad.
