JSM Integration in Sharepoint

Nicola Crapper January 4, 2022

Hi everyone

We currently use sharepoint and don't want to have to introduce another portal for users to use to raise IT tickets/queries. We were hoping to embed the widget, however this way you can only set 1 default issue type, however we want to embed the full JSM with all of the options so that the request goes to the same team.

Does anyone know an add on that does this or a way to allow different issue types to be logged via an embedded widget?

thanks all

Yes, I tried this. But it then only lets you select those options under that request type. I have about 10 request types I want to show however it only lets you set one as Default request type, when I don't want there to be a default if that makes sense?

Hi there,

You can set a JQL issue filter in the webhooks configuration page, so you should be able to improve your results.
