For Cloud Version JSM , Can the customer support portal has edit option which helps customer to edit the field once the ticket has been raised.
Addon "Actions for Jira service Desk" has that ability to Edit but to only Server and Data center not Cloud Version.
Addon "Extension for Jira Service Management" will it has edit option on the portal fields.

Feature Bundle does have an Edit Request feature. You can select who can edit and what fields and custom fields can be edited.
