program allocation - can i see override velocity

In program allocation - I can see avergage velocity which is not correct for a lot of teams. also it does not consider holidays so the calculation of loading is not correct. Is there a way I can see override velocity instead of average velocity.

I opened a defect on this exact issue earlier this year, but it was deemed "functions as designed".  Perhaps there is more to the Story?  Maybe it will be addressed in the "Enhanced capacity management and insights"

on the Jira Align product roadmap.
