in JIRA align Iteration name and JIRA sprint names are not same why?

Why jira align iterations and jira software Sprint names are not synched in between both the both are already integrated and also some synched retractions and sprints names are not same for example in JIRA cloud Sprint already started but in jira Align that is not started.

@Durga Prasad Nagireddy The behavior you are seeing is controlled by a flag on the connector...or it may just be a timing issue ...also controlled by a flag on the connector.  Both flags are shown below.
