i can't find any training course on jira align?

i searched the university for "Jira Align Essentials" and nothing is found.

where can i find any training, materials about Jira align. noting exist now on the university. all are broken links now. any advice?

Jira align is locked. seems it's only for partners now:

Jira Align Program Essentials, for example, cannot be accessed if you are not a partner.
