When I open a Saga on the right side there is a "menu"  for  "status report "- see pic below.  When I click on it. It launches a web screen which shows the overall   summary status for that specific Saga including the  "Target Completion Date"

Question:  How do I change the target completion data of Saga in Jira Align?   Target Completion date is not shown in the menu.

@Sergio Santos If the Target Completion Date is in the Schedule section then the Time/Skills tab that @Edvaldo Lima mentioned would be correct.  However, if you are asking about the Target Completion Date that is shown a little bit below Schedule (see screen shot), then this is updated on the Details tab in a field called Dates:  Target Completion.  You may have to click on Full Details half way down the page if you have several fields turned on.  If you still don't see it on the Details tab, go to Admin - > Detail Panel Settings, Select the Portfolio and work item type then verify the Target Completion field is turned onSnag_199f3029.pngSnag_199f6497.pngSnag_199f84f0.pngSnag_199f9933.png

Hi @Sergio Santos

Thanks a lot for your posting your questions in the community!

The "Target Completion Date" displayed in the "Status Report" in Jira Aling is derived from the Fixed Milestones.

You can follow the below steps to add Fix Date Milestones:

If you’re using the new navigation:

  1. Select Portfolios in the top navigation bar and select the portfolio you want to create epics for.
  2. Select Epics in the list of page options; the Epics page displays.

If you’re using the old navigation:

  1. Select Portfolio from the left Nav menu.
  2. Under the Manage section, select Epics; the Epics page displays.

To add a Fixed Date Milestone

  1. Open the Epic slideout panel > Click on the Time/Skills tab
  2. Click Add and enter the dates of choice
  3. Click Save or Save & Close
  4. Now navigate to Status Report

The "Target Completion Date" should be successfully displayed in the "Status Report", however, if for some reason you're still facing issues with it, feel free to raise a Jira Align support ticket by accessing this contact support.
