hello community :-)
How would one close multiple tickets from dashboard, (in case of duplicates that'd been created for ex.)
Thanks in advance for your kind help.
You can Mass Delete Features (for example) by navigating to Program -> Features and clicking on "More Options" -> "Mass Move". When the Mass Move dialog opens, you should see a "Mass Delete" button. This button opens a dialog that allows you to search for Features using a variety of filters and them move them to the Recycle Bin. Permissions must be set for your role.
@Allan Maxwell- Has the Atlassian Jira API been updated to accept hard delete commands from an external system? If so, then this is new to me. If not, then this method will result in an out-of-sync state between Align and Jira for ALL of the items that are deleted in Align. My understanding is the API will not accept hard deletes nor will it accept a Jira project key change from an external system - by moving a story between teams in Align or a feature between programs in Align.
Please confirm if the API has be enhanced or not, because that would be a huge change.

Peter

@Peter Jessen You are correct; the API has not been enhanced and deleting an item in Jira does not delete in Jira Align. The clones of the Jira deleted items must be managed in Jira Align via Admin > Jira management > Jira deleted items.
What @Mark Cruth and I recommend to customers is that they create a play in their governance model to, in cadence with backlog refinement, review proposed-for-deletion items with their owners. This can be facilitated by using an enhanced Jira workflow state that identifies items proposed for deletion.

Hi @[deleted] ,
Is this a Jira question or a Jira Align question? There is no such thing as a ticket in Jira Align.
Can you please clarify your question?
Regards,
Peter
