Where can I find technical and support info for Jira Align?

I am trying to find the Jira Align SEN and technical contact and cannot seem to find that information or any documentation online about how to get this information.  Can someone assist?

And you can find your Jira Align SEN by checking:
Administration > Version > Support Entitlement Number
