User role tracking

Hi,

I want to track how long each user role uses my JA instance, Is there any kind of report or option on Jira Align to get this?

Thanks,

You can also export the People data into excel, create a column with a formula Today () - Column Cell for "Last Log In Date" and use excel pivot table for engagement by tracking days since last log in. It doesn't solve your question in how long when logged in, but is an indicator metric for engagement and adoption of the tool. You can check this each PI or Monthly to see what gaps might exist with your users.

Hi Esraa,
There's no role-specific reporting in JA.

However, you might be able get the information you are after by using the API.
10X: API 2.0 – Jira Align

Alternatively, talk to your Enterprise Advocate about Enterprise Insights which provides visibility of the data, and you can then develop your own reports.
